The process begins with a risk assessment survey which is followed by threats diagnosis and evaluation involving the customer's insights and expressed needs. Based on results of the above process, 360° GSS constructs an operational scheme that responds to the findings and includes recommendations as well as implementation manners.

 

The consulting process is carried through up to the point in which 360° GSS verifies that all gaps were treated, and all relevant knowledge and equipment were conveyed, implemented and carried out by the relevant entity.
